The User understands that violations of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

2.3 The User represents and warrants that all information provided during account creation is accurate, complete, and up to date. The User is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of such information. Doctus shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the User.

2.5 User accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared, or used by third parties for commercial purposes. If Doctus determines that an account is being misused or shared in violation of this Agreement, Doctus reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account.

2.6 Users who access the Platform through a corporate membership are also subject to this User Agreement. Accounts for such users may be created through invitation links, access codes, or other mechanisms provided by the relevant institution.

2.7 The Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian. By creating an account, the User represents and warrants that they meet the applicable age requirements.

  1. Use of the Platform and Scope of the Service

3.1 Doctus is a microlearning-based digital education and discovery platform. It offers Users 7-day, 14-day, and 21-day content flows prepared by experts from various fields. Such content may be delivered in digital formats such as video, audio recording, article, quote card, visual, interactive card, and similar formats.

3.2 Users may access a limited number of free (freemium) content items on the Platform; under paid membership (premium), they may access all Discovery Boxes and features.

3.3 Users may view content solely for personal benefit and individual use. Any commercial use of content, sharing with third parties, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach, Doctus reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant user account and to pursue all legal remedies.

3.4 Intellectual property rights of content on the Doctus Platform belong to Doctus or the relevant expert. Users may view content only through the Platform and in the permitted manner.

3.5 Certain content on the Platform may be supported with features such as interactive communities, adding to routines, or archiving. Use of these features is subject to User preference.

3.6 Changes may be made from time to time to the services and content offered on the Platform. Doctus reserves the right to update, remove, add, or restructure content, and no compensation or refund rights shall arise for Users due to such changes.

  1. Membership Types, Prices and Payment Terms

4.1 The Doctus Platform offers two primary individual membership models: Freemium and Premium. With Freemium, Users may access a limited number of Discovery Boxes and content. Premium provides unlimited access to all content, personalized features, and the Platform’s complementary tools.

4.2 Premium membership is offered via a subscription model and is billed monthly or annually at the User’s choice. Subscription plans may be offered to the User within the app, via the website, or through mobile app stores (App Store, Google Play, etc.).

4.3 Membership fees may vary depending on the User’s country or region. Doctus applies a regional pricing policy, and the User shall be informed clearly and understandably about the membership fee before payment.

4.4 Premium membership fees are collected via the relevant payment providers (e.g., App Store, Google Play, Stripe, etc.). The User is deemed to have accepted periodic payments in accordance with the pricing in effect during the subscription period.

4.5 The User has the right to change or cancel the subscription plan at any time. However, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is made for the canceled period. The User acknowledges that digital content is provided instantly within the scope of Premium membership and therefore the right of withdrawal may fall under an exception pursuant to the Distance Contracts Regulation. However, mandatory withdrawal rights that may arise under applicable legislation remain reserved.

4.6 Doctus reserves the right to change its pricing policies. Such changes will be notified to the User before they take effect, and if the User continues to use the Platform after notification, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the new pricing. Notification may be made via email, SMS, in-app notification, website announcement, or through the User account panel, and shall be considered valid.

4.7 Doctus may offer limited-time free trial access so Users can experience the Platform. After the free trial period ends, no fee will be charged without the User’s explicit consent. Doctus reserves the right to change the duration and scope of the free trial at any time.

4.8 Premium users may, during their subscription period, use the “View All Content” feature to access the full content of any Discovery Box they select all at once.

4.9 For subscriptions purchased through mobile app stores (App Store, Google Play, etc.), payment and refund processes are subject to the policies and restrictions of those stores. Doctus has no right to intervene in such third-party processes.

4.10 Doctus may occasionally provide Users with gift memberships, promo codes, or discount coupons. These codes are valid only for certain periods and under certain conditions, cannot be transferred, and cannot be converted into cash. Expired codes become invalid automatically and cannot be extended. In the event of misuse or commercial distribution of codes, Doctus reserves the right to suspend the relevant accounts.

4.11 Corporate memberships are subject to separate agreements to be concluded between the institutions and Doctus and shall be carried out in accordance with the general provisions of this User Agreement. Corporate users shall also be deemed a party to this Agreement.

  1. Access to Content and Terms of Use

5.1 All content offered on the Doctus Platform is provided solely for individual use. Users may view or listen to content only via the Platform and within the scope of the relevant license; Users have no right to download, reproduce, modify, distribute, share, or use the content for commercial purposes in any manner. In the event of a breach, Doctus reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user account and to pursue all legal remedies.

5.2 No ownership right in the content is transferred to the User. The User is granted only a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use. The User may not transfer this license to third parties or use it for commercial purposes without Doctus’s written permission.

5.3 All content on the Platform may belong to the relevant expert, content provider, or Doctus. Such content is protected under Intellectual Property Law. The owner of the content holds all moral and economic rights over the content.

5.4 Users may not share content on social media platforms or through other third-party channels. Any legal and financial liability arising from sharing despite this prohibition belongs to the User, and Doctus reserves the right to claim damages.

5.5 Doctus may monitor and analyze Users’ access to content and use such data for system improvement, personalization services, or statistical evaluation purposes.

5.6 Depending on the nature of the content, Doctus may choose to make certain content available on the Platform only for a limited period. In such cases, the content access period shall be clearly communicated to the User in advance.

5.7 Doctus reserves the right to cancel Users’ access to content at any time due to legal obligations or violations of content policies.

  1. User Obligations and Responsibilities

6.1 The User agrees, declares, and undertakes to use the Doctus Platform only for personal and lawful purposes and to act in compliance with applicable legislation and the provisions of this Agreement. The User is responsible for any and all damages and losses incurred by Doctus, other Users, or third parties due to actions in breach of this Agreement or unauthorized/misuse of the Platform and is obliged to compensate Doctus for direct and indirect damages.

6.2 The User acknowledges that all information provided to the Platform, including account information, is accurate, up to date, and complete. The User is responsible for ensuring the security of passwords and other access credentials.

6.3 The User agrees not to engage in the following acts while using the Platform:

  • Acting under another person’s identity or creating an account on behalf of another person,

  • Copying, downloading, reproducing, sharing, or using content without authorization or for commercial purposes,

  • Using disturbing, humiliating, misleading, or harassing statements toward other Users or experts,

  • Using malicious software, automation tools, or similar elements that could harm the Platform’s technical structure or disrupt its operation,

  • Engaging in any attempt that violates the security of the Platform or leads to unauthorized access.

If such acts occur, Doctus reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant user account and to pursue all legal remedies.

6.4 The User acknowledges that content on the Platform is provided solely for informational purposes, raising awareness, and microlearning, and that such content does not constitute direct guidance, diagnosis, or treatment. The User is responsible for using content related to health, exercise, mental well-being, and similar areas carefully within personal limits and conditions.

6.5 Doctus provides no guarantee regarding the accuracy, currency, effect, or reliability of content on the Platform. The User assumes responsibility for any actions taken based on any information provided on the Platform. Doctus shall not be held liable for any indirect or direct damages that may arise in this scope.

6.6 The User acknowledges that they may encounter content that they may find disturbing, sensitive, or inappropriate. Doctus is not responsible for the effects of such content on the User, outcomes arising from the decision to access content, or whether content is suitable for the User.

6.7 If the User interacts with experts or other Users via the Platform, the User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of personal information they share. Communications between Users are outside Doctus’s responsibility, and only the User is responsible for any damages arising from such communications.

6.8 The User acknowledges that Doctus has no liability for disputes, physical or psychological discomfort, loss of information, misinformation, or similar situations that may arise due to content on the Platform or interactions with experts.

6.9 By accessing health, exercise, physical, or mental practice content on the Platform, the User acknowledges that they voluntarily assume risks such as physical injury, illness, triggering of an existing condition, disability, or death due to the challenging nature of such content. All choices before, during, and after accessing content belong to the User, and Doctus does not guarantee or assume any outcome arising from such choices.

6.10 Links to third-party websites, social media accounts, or other digital platforms may be provided via the Doctus Platform or through content offered by experts. Such links are for informational or resource purposes only and are outside Doctus’s control and responsibility. If the User accesses such links, the User agrees to research and use the third-party platform’s terms, privacy policies, and content at their own responsibility. Doctus is not responsible for the content, security, or personal data practices of such external links.

6.11 The Doctus Platform may host advertisers, sponsors, partners, and promotional content. Additionally, expert-created content may include direct or indirect references to products, brands, venues, or services. Doctus is not responsible for any interaction between the User and such third parties or any transaction related to their products and services. The User acknowledges that such content may be promotional, commentary, opinion, or experience-sharing in nature and does not include any guarantee, recommendation, or undertaking.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 The Doctus Platform, its content, and all components (including but not limited to texts, visuals, videos, audio recordings, graphics, icons, logos, software, designs, user interfaces, data, and data compilations) are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Discovery Boxes, content formats, in-app characters, icons, fonts, and content flow design offered on the Platform are original structures belonging to Doctus and are entirely Doctus’s property. These elements may not be copied, distributed, modified, republished, or used in any commercial activity without prior written permission.

7.3 Certain content on the Platform may have been created by experts contracted by Doctus. While all copyright matters for such content are subject to separate agreements between the relevant expert and Doctus, Users may access such content only for personal in-platform use. Users may not copy, reproduce, export, or share such content in any manner.

7.4 The User acknowledges that they do not gain any intellectual property right due to using the Doctus Platform; the Platform grants only a personal and limited right of use. No content, service, or design element may be used for commercial purposes without Doctus’s express written permission.

7.5 If the User shares content, comments, or contributes via the Platform, the User acknowledges that they grant Doctus an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable right to display, reproduce, publish, process, and transmit such content within the scope of Doctus’s activities. Doctus may freely use such content within its operations, promotions, and commercial purposes. However, this does not affect rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data; personal data processing shall be carried out only under applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy.

7.6 All content accessed through the Platform may be used only for personal learning and discovery purposes. Users may not copy content to share with third parties, publicly distribute it, archive it, or offer it for resale.

7.7 Doctus reserves the right to evaluate complaints regarding infringement of intellectual property rights and, if necessary, remove the relevant content, restrict a user account, or close it.

  1. Provision, Updating and Termination of the Service

8.1 Doctus reserves the right to make changes on the Platform at any time, add new features, remove existing features, or update features for the purpose of improving user experience, enhancing security, meeting legal requirements, or for technical reasons.

8.2 Doctus may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently. Such actions may be taken without prior notice. However, where significant changes affect access to content or accounts, Doctus will attempt to provide reasonable notice. Notification may be made via email, SMS, in-app notification, or website announcement and shall be deemed valid.

8.3 Doctus reserves the right to terminate its Platform services entirely if deemed necessary. In such case, fees paid by Users for services not yet used shall be refunded in accordance with applicable refund policies.

8.4 If the User violates this Agreement, engages in illegal activity, adversely affects other Users’ experience, or endangers Doctus’s security systems, Doctus reserves the right to suspend, delete, or restrict the relevant user account.

8.5 Doctus does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or a specific performance level of the Platform. The User acknowledges that access issues may occur due to technical infrastructure, internet connection, or the User’s mobile device.

8.6 Not all content offered on the Platform must remain continuously accessible. Doctus has unilateral authority to remove, update, or restructure content, and therefore Users shall have no right to compensation or refund.

8.7 Temporary access interruptions may occur during maintenance, updates, or technical improvements. Users shall have no right to compensation due to such interruptions.

  1. Membership Plans, Pricing, and Payments

9.1 Doctus may offer multiple membership plans providing different features and access levels. Plans may include a free plan (“Freemium”) and various paid plans (“Premium”, “Corporate”, etc.). The scope, duration, benefits, and pricing of each plan are determined by Doctus and may be updated from time to time.

9.2 Fees applicable to paid plans may vary depending on the User’s region, device, chosen language, and payment provider. Doctus reserves the right to apply regional pricing and adjust prices to local conditions.

9.3 When the User subscribes to a paid membership plan, the User agrees to pay the plan fee in advance or periodically via one of the specified payment methods. Doctus may work with third-party payment service providers for payment infrastructure, and the User is deemed to have accepted those providers’ terms as well. If payment is not made, Doctus reserves the right to suspend the user account or terminate the membership.

9.4 Doctus may offer discount campaigns, promotional periods, or free trial periods at its discretion. The duration, scope, and conditions of such promotions are determined by Doctus. If the User continues membership after the trial period ends, the standard pricing conditions apply. Doctus reserves the right to limit or cancel repeated or abused trial memberships by the same User.

9.5 If the User wishes to terminate a membership plan, cancellation may need to be performed via the mobile app store (App Store, Google Play, etc.). The User is obliged to manage cancellation and payment processes through the same channel used for purchase. Doctus is not responsible for those stores’ payment and refund policies.

9.6 For paid plan payments, credit card or other payment information is processed by the payment provider chosen by the User. Doctus does not directly store or retain Users’ payment information.

9.7 The User acknowledges that plan changes, subscription cancellation, payment failure, or renewal delays may affect the Platform access level during the valid subscription term. No refund or compensation right arises due to such circumstances.

9.8 Doctus reserves the right to update pricing, membership plans, and payment terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Updated terms shall be binding for Users who continue their membership after the effective date. Notification may be made via email, SMS, in-app notification, or website announcement and shall be deemed valid.

  1. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Terms

10.1 Unless otherwise stated, paid membership plans renew automatically. At the end of the subscription term, automatic renewal will be performed for the next billing period under the same plan conditions and the applicable pricing.

10.2 Auto-renewal can be turned off by the User via the mobile app store (e.g., App Store or Google Play). If the User does not perform this action before the renewal date, the subscription fee will be charged and no refund will be made.

10.3 Even if the User cancels the subscription, the User may continue to access the Platform for the duration of the already-paid current membership period. Cancellation stops only the auto-renewal for the next billing period.

10.4 Doctus has no control over the payment and cancellation systems of mobile app stores. The User must follow the cancellation process and refund rights directly through the relevant store.

10.5 For plans offering a free trial, if the User does not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial, and the fee is charged via the specified payment method. Doctus reserves the right to limit repeated or abused trial memberships.

10.6 If collection fails due to missing payment information, lack of authorization, or technical reasons, Doctus may temporarily suspend the user account or restrict the access level. If such situation continues, Doctus reserves the right to terminate the membership entirely.

10.7 Under Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the User has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the establishment of the contract for Premium memberships. However, if instant access to digital content is provided and the User accepts this, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Where the right of withdrawal may be exercised, refund processes shall be applied in accordance with applicable legislation.

10.8 If Doctus determines that the refund right is abused (e.g., significant consumption of content, repeated refund requests), Doctus reserves the right to reject the refund request and suspend the account.

  1. User Obligations and Prohibited Use

11.1 The User agrees to use the Doctus Platform only in compliance with laws, this Agreement, general moral standards, public order, and the purpose of the Platform.

11.2 The User agrees not to perform the following actions and fully assumes legal responsibility for them:

  • Using the Doctus Platform unlawfully, for fraud, or without authorization,

  • Gaining unauthorized access to accounts of others or attempting such access or exploiting security vulnerabilities,

  • Copying, exporting, selling, sharing, or using content obtained through the Platform for commercial purposes,

  • Communicating with other Users, experts, or Doctus employees in a threatening, harassing, humiliating, hateful, or discriminatory manner,

  • Sending, sharing, or using malicious software (viruses, trojans, bots, spam, etc.) or performing any action that may harm the Platform’s infrastructure,

  • Using comment, content, or interaction areas for personal advertising, propaganda, political opinion dissemination, or promoting other products/services,

  • Analyzing Doctus content or technical systems, reverse engineering, or attempting to access source code,

  • Collecting, processing, or sharing another User’s personal data without their consent,

  • Using content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights of Doctus or third parties.

11.3 The User undertakes that all information provided in the account is accurate, up to date, and complete. If false information is provided, all liability belongs to the User, and the User is obliged to compensate Doctus for any damages suffered due to this.

11.4 The User may use the account only for personal purposes. The User may not transfer, allow others to use, or rent the account to third parties for commercial gain.

11.5 In the event of violation of the above rules, Doctus reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the User’s account, remove the relevant content, and initiate legal proceedings if necessary, and may claim compensation for all direct/indirect damages.

11.6 The User agrees to compensate Doctus for any damage, lawsuit, or expense incurred due to the User’s infringement of third-party rights during Platform use.

12. Account Security and Protection of Access Credentials

12.1 The User is obliged to keep confidential access credentials used to log in to the Doctus Platform (passwords, verification codes, third-party connection permissions, etc.).

12.2 The User acknowledges that the account is created for the User’s own use only and that the User will not share passwords or access authorizations with any person or institution. In the event the account is used by third parties, all risks and damages arising therefrom are the User’s responsibility, and the User is obliged to compensate Doctus for direct and indirect damages.

12.3 If the User notices suspicious activity on the account (unauthorized login, password change, access from an unknown device, etc.), the User must notify Doctus immediately.

12.4 If the User behaves in a manner creating a security vulnerability, knowingly allows others to use the account, or enables misuse by third parties, Doctus may implement necessary security measures (temporary suspension, password reset, account closure, etc.), and the User bears responsibility for all damages arising from such violations.

12.5 Although Doctus takes maximum technical and administrative measures regarding account security, Doctus shall not be held responsible for security breaches caused by the User or unauthorized access.

12.6 The User is solely responsible for all transactions and outcomes arising from unauthorized use of the account by third parties. In such cases, Doctus shall have no liability to the User or third parties.

12.7 The User account is personal and cannot be transferred in any way. In the event of the User’s death, the account terminates automatically and cannot be transferred to third parties or inherited. In such case, Doctus reserves the right to close the account and delete the relevant personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

13. Intellectual Property Policy

The User agrees to comply with the “Intellectual Property Policy” published by Doctus. This policy regulates copyright and trademark infringement notice procedures, counter-notice rights, anti-piracy methods, and sanctions applied in cases of repeated infringement. The current version of the policy can be accessed at https://www.doctus.app/intellectual-property-policy

14. User Content, Community Safety, and Moderation

14.1 The Platform may include community spaces, comment areas, feedback forms, and other interactive features where Users may share experiences, ask questions, provide suggestions, or interact with other Users and experts. Any content shared in these areas (“User Content”) is the sole responsibility of the User who created it.

14.2 By sharing content on the Platform, the User agrees to respect other Users and maintain a safe and constructive environment. Doctus maintains zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behavior, harassment, threats, discrimination, or harmful conduct within user interactions.

14.3 The User agrees not to share content that:

  • contains hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or abusive behavior

  • contains sexually explicit, exploitative, or violent material

  • promotes illegal activities or harmful behavior

  • contains spam, scams, phishing, or misleading information

  • includes unauthorized advertising, promotion, or commercial solicitation

  • violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or personal rights of others

Doctus reserves the right to remove such content and take action against the responsible user account.

14.4 Users may report content or interactions that they believe violate community rules or applicable laws through the Platform’s reporting tools. Reported content may be reviewed by the Doctus moderation team and may be removed if found to violate these rules.

14.5 The Platform may provide safety features such as the ability for Users to block other users in order to limit interactions and improve user safety. When a user is blocked, certain interactions or content from the blocked user may no longer appear in the blocking user’s experience.

14.6 Doctus may use a combination of automated systems and manual moderation to detect, review, filter, and remove objectionable content or abusive behavior on the Platform.

14.7 Doctus does not guarantee continuous monitoring of all user interactions. However, Doctus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate community rules or applicable laws.

14.8 By submitting comments, suggestions, feedback, or other content through the Platform, the User grants Doctus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use such content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

14.9 Doctus shall not be responsible for unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of User Content by third parties outside the Platform.

14.10 Certain community areas related to Discovery Boxes may also be moderated by the experts who created the content, in addition to the Doctus moderation team.

14.11 Doctus will review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and will take appropriate action, including removing content and restricting or terminating accounts where necessary. Doctus aims to act on valid reports within 24 hours, unless a longer period is required due to legal, technical, or operational necessity.

14.12 The Platform provides blocking features and reporting tools. When a User blocks another user, the Platform also provides an option to report the relevant user and/or the relevant content to Doctus through the in-app reporting mechanism. Blocking is intended to remove the blocked user’s content and interactions from the blocking user’s experience as promptly as reasonably possible.

15. Term and Termination

15.1 This User Agreement enters into force upon the User’s registration on the Platform and remains in force until the User closes the account or it is terminated by Doctus.

15.2 The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing the account and ending the membership. Membership cancellation produces effects only prospectively; it does not eliminate rights and obligations arising before the termination date.

15.3 Doctus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or completely terminate the User’s account and terminate this Agreement without prior notice in the following cases:

a) The User violates the provisions of this Agreement,

b) Use in a manner that disrupts Platform operation or causes legal or technical problems,

c) Conduct infringing another User’s rights or constituting abuse,

d) Security violations such as unauthorized access, account sharing, or creating misleading identity.

In such cases, Doctus reserves the right to claim compensation for direct and indirect damages suffered.

15.4 In case of account closure or termination of the Agreement:

  • All access rights relating to the account end,

  • The User’s personal data, archives, or content obtained via the Platform may be deleted after statutory retention periods,

  • Responsibilities relating to actions previously taken by the User continue.

The User’s personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with procedures set out in the Privacy Policy. However, data required by law to be retained (e.g., payment records) will continue to be retained.

15.5 Doctus reserves the right to terminate Platform services entirely. In such case, Users may request refunds for paid but unused service fees, if any. Refund processes are carried out in accordance with applicable refund policies. However, this provision does not apply in cases of force majeure regulated under Article 16.

16. Force Majeure

16.1 Events beyond the control of the parties and that cannot be prevented by reasonable measures—such as natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire, storm, etc.), war, terrorist attack, uprising, strike, lockout, pandemic, power or internet outages, government decisions and practices, cyberattacks, and similar unforeseeable events—shall be deemed force majeure.

16.2 In force majeure cases, the affected party shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations. The parties’ obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

16.3 If the force majeure event lasts longer than 30 (thirty) days, either party may terminate the Agreement without any compensation obligation.

16.4 In force majeure cases, the User’s refund requests for paid but unused service fees shall not be fulfilled.

  1. . Limitation of Liability

17.1 The Doctus Platform provides digital content intended to provide Users with information, experience, and awareness. Content is created by experts in areas such as personal development, health, art, sports, lifestyle, and similar fields and does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, professional consultancy, or any guarantee.

17.2 Application or consideration of content is entirely at the User’s own initiative. The User accepts all risks arising from applying content (e.g., physical strain, mental discomfort, loss of motivation, misunderstanding) under the User’s own responsibility.

17.3 The User acknowledges that Doctus is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, incompatibility with mobile devices or software, connection problems, or similar technical issues encountered when using the Platform services.

17.4 Doctus provides no express or implied warranty regarding the accuracy, currency, or suitability of content for the User. Doctus is not directly responsible for experts’ opinions and content.

17.5 Doctus shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from Users’ written or verbal communications with each other or with experts, comments, or interactions in community areas.

17.6 Risks and outcomes arising from third-party sites, products, services, advertisements, or links accessed through the Platform belong entirely to the User. Doctus makes no undertaking regarding the content or security of such links.

17.7 Except where liability cannot be limited by law, Doctus’s maximum liability for all damages arising toward the User shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the User to Doctus in connection with the relevant damage. Doctus shall not be liable for loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect/consequential damages in any case. The User must prove the damage with appropriate evidence if making any claim against Doctus.

  1. Amendments and Updates

18.1 Doctus reserves the right to make changes to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other legal documents regarding Platform operation at any time and in any manner it deems necessary. Such changes enter into force on the date they are published on the Platform.

18.2 Changes may be announced to the User via mobile app, website, user panel, email notification, or in-platform information notices. Notification by any of these methods shall be deemed valid, and the User’s continued use of the Platform after changes means acceptance of such changes.

18.3 If the User does not accept the amended terms, the User has the right to terminate membership and close the account. In such case, the previous terms lose validity; however, obligations and accrued rights arising in previous periods are not affected.

18.4 Doctus may update, restrict, suspend, or entirely change services, content types, subscription models, in-app features, or access rules over time. Such changes may be implemented provided that Users are notified within a reasonable period in advance.

  1. . Consent to Electronic Communication and Notifications

19.1 Notifications to the User may be made via email, SMS, in-app notification, website announcement, or the user panel. Such notifications shall be deemed valid.

19.2 The User acknowledges that notifications made via electronic communication are valid and will be deemed to have been delivered to the User.
